It usually means smaller cuts, less pain and a faster start to rehabilitation.

Frequently asked questions
When should I see an orthopaedic doctor for bone or bone and joint pain?
If pain lasts more than a few weeks, causes swelling or stiffness, wakes you at night or follows an injury, get it examined.
What is PRP therapy?
PRP uses a concentrate of platelets from your own blood, injected into a joint or tendon to support healing. Results vary and are explained honestly.
Is robotic-assisted knee replacement better?
Robotic assistance can improve the accuracy of implant placement, but results also depend on the surgeon and rehabilitation. The options are explained at consultation.
Do all ACL, PCL or meniscal injuries need surgery?
No. Some heal with physiotherapy; unstable knees or active patients often benefit from keyhole surgery.
