Why does nutrition matter so much?
Good food in the first years supports growth, immunity and brain development. Too little or too much of certain foods can cause weakness, anaemia or excess weight, and allergies can affect skin, breathing or digestion.

When should I start solid foods?
Usually around 6 months, but the doctor will confirm readiness for your baby.
Does my child need vitamin supplements?
Only if there is a reason, such as poor diet or a deficiency. We assess before advising.
How do I know if it is a food allergy?
Symptoms soon after a food, such as hives, swelling or vomiting, can suggest allergy. Stop that food and consult us.
